What is it?
The second personalization principle is the use of an on-screen coach or agent to guide the lesson of the e-learning course. The coaches on the screens can be any kind of media such as an avatar, cartoon character, or a real person through video.

In the image below you can see an example of the second personalization principle. There are two on screen characters in the form of cartoon characters that can help with the lesson.
